Refund policy

Due to COVID19, there are no returns or exchanges. All orders are final. 
-However, if there is something wrong with your order on my part such as if packed your order wrong or if something isn't right with the product, you can contact me and I will quickly resolve the issue with whatever way seems best for you. 
-Orders cannot be canceled or updated after you've received the tracking information because it has been fulfilled and dropped off at the mailbox. Before then, you can contact me and I can update the information.

Damages and issues
         Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If something is broken or isn't what you expected, I can do a partial refund or send you a new item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
      Certain types of items won't be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) that are already open. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
      Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, usually up to 5 business days.
