* Processing time is 1-3 days, however customized products (like resin) or bigger orders are subject up to 5 days. *

Shipping

Before COVID, shipping was 1-3 days but because of the pandemic, it now  takes between 2-5 business days for your order to arrive once its been scanned at the post office.  

We charge a flat rate for all shipments. If there is an error in address and we need to return the package and reship, we might have to recharge you the cost for a new label which will be $3.30. 

USPS

Carpe Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged good. Beyond issues with the items inside of your Carpe box or bubble mailer, if your item is missing or arrived, you can contact me and I can try to help as much as I can but its not guaranteed. The best thing to do is to contact USPS as soon as you notice an issue or missing the package. This will ensure that you can get a resolution. 

Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Please call USPS to file a claim.
