Before COVID, shipping was 1-3 days but because of the pandemic, it now takes between 2-5 business days for your order to arrive once its been scanned at the post office.
Due to COVID19, there are no returns or exchanges. All orders are final.
However, if there is something wrong with your order on my part such as if packed your order wrong or if something isn't right with the product, you can contact me and I will quickly resolve the issue with whatever way seems best for you.
Orders cannot be canceled or updated after you've received the tracking information because it has been fulfilled and dropped off at the mailbox. Before then, you can contact me and I can update the information.
Custom or personal orders can't be canceled.
